FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS WITH 50–500 DOORS · FIXED PRICE · BUILT ON YOUR ACCOUNTS

Your team retypes the same thing every week. Let's stop that.

Pick the one back-office job your staff dread — the one that eats a few hours every week and goes wrong when someone's out. I map it, automate it inside the software you already use, and hand it back to you with a human check wherever a mistake would cost money.

No pitch on the call. You describe the job; I tell you whether it's worth automating and roughly how many hours it would save — and if it isn't worth it, I'll say so. How pricing works · how a sprint runs

PRICING

One job, one fixed price

Most property managers don't need a new platform. They need one weekly job to stop eating staff hours. I price after the call, once we know how many hours that job takes — so the price is set by what you get back, not a rate card.

Workflow Automation Sprint

Priced per job, agreed in writing

Free first call

Sound familiar? Copying details out of emails or forms into your property-management software. Chasing vendors and tenants for updates on the same maintenance ticket. Building owner reports by hand at month end. Move-in and move-out checklists tracked in someone's head. Whatever yours is, that's the one we start with.

  • A one-page map of the job as it runs today: steps, hours per week, where errors creep in
  • The automated version, built on your PM software, email, forms, and spreadsheets
  • A human checkpoint wherever a mistake would cost money or upset a tenant or owner
  • Monitoring and alerts, so a failure is visible instead of silent
  • A written runbook, handover, and a support window after launch

The rule I price by. If it won't pay for itself in staff time within about a quarter, I'll tell you not to buy it.

BOOK A 20-MINUTE WORKFLOW CALL

Not a new platform to learn. Not a chatbot answering your tenants. Not a contract — a fixed scope, a fixed price, and an end date.

Looking for brand, content, or storefront builds? Those are on the Mercury site.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Then it's yours.

01

Diagnose

You describe the bottleneck through the intake form. If it's a fit, we schedule a build call to map where your time actually goes and which agent — or agents — removes the bottleneck. If automation won't help you yet, we say so.

02

Build

We construct the agent on your accounts, your data, your stack — with the hard rules baked in: rate limits, kill-switches, validation gates. You watch it work before you rely on it.

03

Hand over the keys

Documentation, credentials, and a walkthrough. The system runs on your accounts and stays yours. The monthly covers changes, fixes, and new lead sources — not access. Cancel it and everything keeps running. That's the whole point.

PROOF OF WORK

Claims are not enough.

These artifacts show how Sovereign-Minds systems are scoped, built, validated, observed, and handed over. Everything here is real or clearly labeled as a demonstration — no invented clients, no invented numbers.

LIVE ARTIFACT · AUGUR

The evidence ledger

Augur's append-only validation log is public: pre-registered hypotheses, pass/fail criteria fixed before data, falsified strategies kept on record, and every environment labeled — backtest, paper, shadow, or live. Strategies that failed are documented alongside anything that survives.

LIVE ARTIFACT · MERCURY

This site's own intake workflow

The contact form on this page is the same Mercury workflow clients receive: server-side validation, rate limiting, bot protection, hashed-IP abuse forensics, delivery into an n8n pipeline with a CRM record and operator alert — and a logged failure path when an integration is down.

LIVE ARTIFACT · VULCAN

This ecosystem, forged in-house

The five Sovereign-Minds sites, agent emblems, and brand system were produced through Vulcan's own pipeline — brief in, finished asset out. The portfolio page shows what has left the forge, with internal work labeled as internal.

SECURITY & OWNERSHIP

Built to be owned.

Sovereign-Minds systems are designed to reduce dependency, not create it. Client infrastructure is deployed on client-controlled accounts whenever practical. Access, data flows, credentials, failure states, and recovery procedures are documented before handover.

These are engineering practices, not certifications. Sovereign-Minds does not claim compliance attestations it does not hold. Details: Data Policy.

QUESTIONS

Asked before every build.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You run your business; the agents run the pipelines. Everything is delivered with plain-language documentation, and the handover walkthrough assumes zero technical background.

What happens if you disappear tomorrow?

Nothing — and that's by design. The system is built on your accounts (your n8n, your Supabase, your broker connections), fully documented, with no piece routed through us. No single point of dependency includes this one.

How long does a build take?

The Mercury build typically runs 5–10 business days after access and scope are confirmed. If you need more than that one agent, the timeline scales with the complexity of your existing stack — we scope it on the call before anything starts.

Can I start with one agent and add more later?

That's the intended path. Every agent is built to stand alone and to connect later — the data flows between them are part of the architecture from day one, whether you use them yet or not.

Does the trading automation guarantee profits?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Talos enforces discipline and Augur validates strategies against evidence — that removes emotional errors, but futures and derivatives trading carries real risk of loss, including total loss. Backtests are not live results, and past performance is not predictive. Read the full trading risk disclosure.

FIT

Who this is for.

BUILT FOR

Sovereign-Minds is built for founders and small teams who have real demand, repeated work, scattered tools, or processes trapped inside one person's head. It is not a generic chatbot package. Each system is designed around a specific operational bottleneck, deployed on client-controlled accounts, documented, and transferred.

NOT A FIT FOR

This is not a fit for businesses seeking guaranteed trading returns, instant passive income, anonymous mass outreach, or automation without clear ownership and accountability.

WORK WITH SOVEREIGN-MINDS

Book a 20-minute workflow call.

Describe the job your team does by hand every week. Your message routes into Mercury — the same intake pipeline the system runs for clients: validated, recorded, and answered by a human. Qualified requests receive a build-call scheduling link by email.

Prefer to talk? Call (202) 774-4917 — it comes straight to me, not a queue. If I miss it, leave a message and I’ll call back the same day. Details in our terms and privacy policy.

THE FIVE-AGENT SYSTEM

Each agent owns a distinct operational layer.

Not five chatbots. Five operators — each with a job, a stack, and hard rules it enforces. Together they form a client-owned business system.

TALOS

AUTOMATED EXECUTION · EXECUTION AND RISK CONTROL
STATUS: BUILT · EVALUATION ACCOUNT ONLY

Execution infrastructure for validated strategies: signal routing, order execution, position sizing, risk limits, event logging, and failure alerts. Built and proven against replay. Only its operator can arm it, and only on simulated capital: a practice account, then a prop-firm evaluation. No strategy has passed the research gate, so Talos has never touched a funded account, and it has never sent an order. It does not create an edge; it operationalizes rules that have already earned their place.

AUGUR

RESEARCH & VALIDATION
STATUS: RESEARCH

Research, pre-registration, backtesting, falsification, and forward-shadow validation. Augur tests ideas before capital deployment using declared hypotheses, fixed pass criteria, out-of-sample validation, cost assumptions, and an append-only evidence ledger.

DIVISION · NOT A SIXTH DEPARTMENT

AUTALOS

TALOS + AUGUR → AUTALOS

A mitosis of two of the five. From Augur it inherits the evidence discipline — nothing is claimed that was not measured, and the failures are kept on the record rather than quietly dropped. From Talos it inherits the execution discipline — built, proven against replay, then holstered until a human arms it. What is new is only where the two are pointed: inward, at the operating business itself, rather than outward at a market.

It orchestrates the working agents against one encrypted local database, seals every run into a tamper-evident chain, and will not dispatch anything without an explicit approval. It runs on owned hardware and has no public surface — by design, not by omission.

THE CORE

Half mind. Half machine.

The emblem is the architecture. One hemisphere reasons like a human — judgment, context, strategy. The other executes like a circuit — precise, tireless, rule-bound.

◐ THE ORGANIC HEMISPHERE

Claude — the reasoning layer

Every agent calls Claude with its domain context and gets back structured decisions, not just text. Judgment calls, edge cases, strategy adaptation — the parts of a business that used to require a founder in the loop.

◑ THE CIRCUIT HEMISPHERE

n8n — the execution layer

Orchestration that never sleeps. Webhooks in, workflows out: Supabase state, direct broker-API orders, outreach sequences, content pipelines. Deterministic, logged, and enforced by rules — session windows, trade caps, kill-switches.

SIGNAL ENGINE→PROJECTX API→TOPSTEPX · SUPABASE · n8n · CLAUDE API · HIGGSFIELD · VERCEL

AION OPS · EDUCATION FOUNDATION

Aion. The mind inside the loop.

Aion draws its name from the Greco-Roman personification of cyclical and unbounded time — depicted standing inside the ouroboros ring of the zodiac. That image is the whole thesis: the mind inside the loop, knowledge compounding on itself, which is what financial literacy actually is. Aion began as the standalone Change-Minds practice, and its frameworks now live here as the curriculum Aion teaches from.

THE PATHWAY — SIX PHASES

  1. 01

    Define the goal

Name the destination — debt cleared, home bought, capital deployed. Every plan starts from a target, not a product.

  2. 02

    Build the knowledge

Budgeting, credit, loans, investing — the fundamentals taught plainly. Knowledge is power; confusion is expensive.

  3. 03

    Draft the pathway

A personalized, step-by-step plan matched to your income, obligations, and timeline — not a template.

  4. 04

    Apply the strategy

The plan leaves the page: spending restructured, debt sequenced, savings automated.

  5. 05

    Push through

Obstacles are part of the design. With the right mindset and a conduit for accountability, setbacks become course corrections.

  6. 06

    Own the outcome

Financial empowerment — decisions made from understanding, not fear, and a system that keeps compounding after the teaching ends.

THE CURRICULUM

BUDGETING FORWARD CREDIT & DEBT LOAN RISK ANALYSIS MORTGAGE READINESS RETIREMENT & WEALTH INVESTMENT EDUCATION FINANCIAL LITERACY MINDSET & DISCIPLINE

“Knowledge is power. Financial success starts with a clear pathway.”

Built from the founder's background across political science, neuroscience, and business — strategic and data-driven, but grounded in how people actually behave with money. Practical strategy, mindset transformation, long-term wealth.

EDUCATION, COACHING & FRAMEWORKS — NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY, MENTAL-HEALTH TREATMENT, OR LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVICE.

VULCAN OPS · CREATIVE FORGE

Vulcan. Everything client-facing gets made here.

Named for the Roman god of fire and the forge. Raw concepts in, production-ready assets out: videos, images, landing pages, full websites, brand identity, and campaigns — through a documented production process with clear ownership and delivery standards.

WHAT LEAVES THE FORGE

AI VIDEO & IMAGE GENERATION REELS & SOCIAL CONTENT LANDING PAGES & SITES BRAND ASSETS CAMPAIGN OUTPUT CLIENT-FACING CONTENT

“It doesn't just create — it forges polished, production-ready work from idea to delivery.”

THE FORGE STACK

Brief in, asset out. Every brief enters the queue, gets shaped by the reasoning core, and comes out finished — built on Higgsfield, Claude Design, Vercel, and ChatGPT. Content from the forge fuels the Mercury pipeline and the Aion curriculum.

AUGUR OPS · VALIDATION ENGINE

Augur. The eye that reads before the hand moves.

An augur read the omens before Rome acted. This one reads markets before money moves — every hypothesis pre-registered before the first data point, every strategy facing a kill criterion it cannot negotiate with. Capital moves only after the evidence survives.

THE DISCIPLINE

PRE-REGISTERED HYPOTHESES FORWARD-ONLY EVIDENCE SHADOW EXECUTION KILL CRITERIA PASS/BLOW PROBABILITY THE WATCHDOG

“Strategies die cheap in shadow — before a dollar of funded capital is at risk.”

THE RECORD

Signals log themselves in real time and label their own outcomes as markets settle. The record is append-only: no post-hoc edits, no survivor stories. Validated strategies flow to Talos; execution data flows back for the next iteration. Backtest, paper, shadow, and live environments are always labeled separately.

THE THESIS

“If your business collapses when you do, you don’t have a business — you have a job with extra steps. Sovereignty means no single point of dependency.”

Sovereign-Minds was built out of necessity — one founder running a consultancy, an automated trading operation, and a full academic load at once. The system absorbs the operational weight so a one-person business runs with the consistency of a staffed one.
